Centralized code storage?
Hello!
There are 2 working machines on Mac OS, on which I work in turn, because of which I have to constantly dance with a tambourine:
1. upload files to NAS LG N2A2 from one computer and copy to a folder from another
2. synchronize via git (push-pull )
1 way forever takes a huge amount of time when rerolling along with venv/node_nodules and so on. + constant misunderstandings where the current version is, etc., and there are problems like "oops, the FTP account fell off and I don't care that you saved it in the keychain, enter your login and 20-digit password again" or "sorry, but I somehow I don’t see the NAS, the connection with which is 100%, let’s turn it off and connect the patch cord and I’ll see"
Method 2 is simply wrong in itself and as a result causes confusion no less, but also in the
repository directories with a maximum of 200 mb).
Please tell me some solution for the fastest synchronization between machines, without hourly dances with a tambourine and with connection immediately when the machine is turned on. I will be happy if I can somehow synchronize while outside the local network.
Cloud solutions do not want to use.
At personal disposal, in addition to an old NAS, is a server rack with a Proxmox cluster.
Maybe the NAS does not have enough power and I should try to do the same as in case 1, only on some FTP OS in the Proxmox cluster?
Thanks in advance for your advice and help!

Personally, I am for 2. There are sources on the github, I pulled it out and everything is in place. The problem can only arise if you have not completed the work and ran for another computer.
