How to edit files via FTP in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019?

I recently changed from Visual Studio Community 2017 to Visual Studio Community 2019, but I can't figure out how to connect to the site via ftp now? When I try to search for information, I find only mentions of modules for Visual Studio Code.
