Can you help me choose a gps tracker for the bus?
Hello!
I live in a rather remote part of my city, there are winds everywhere, and sometimes you can wait for the bus for an hour in the middle of the field (there is no coincidence with the off. schedule). As a result, I decided to make a gps-tracking system for buses on the route (5 pieces) with a map output to a common site for all residents. The administration allowed, saying only that these trackers should not interfere with drivers and were bought, of course, with their own money.
Hence the task: you need to choose a gps tracker.
Its desirable characteristics:
- Average price (we will throw off all houses);
- Easy installation in the bus (cool - through the cigarette lighter);
- The presence of a battery does not play a role;
- Data must be sent via GPRS (SMS will be prohibitively expensive);
- The data should come to my server in any form (parsing is not a problem);
Well, that's all the requirements, sort of. What can you advise from your experience? Thanks in advance for the replies!

I apologize for the off-topic answer, but it became sad from the phrase "The administration allowed it, saying only that these trackers should not interfere with drivers and were bought, of course, with their own money."
