Hello. Clients want to make a courier tracking service on a site running 1c Bitrix.
there are a couple of questions to understand which way to dig, I apologize in advance, maybe the questions will be stupid)
In general, now they have a courier tracking service, but I can’t get the coordinates in a simple way, you can of course write a page parser where the courier is displayed, but not I really want to do this, hence the question, are there any gps trackers or applications for phones that allow you to get gps coordinates in real time with the possibility of their subsequent use in Yandex or Google maps api.
The second question: let's say I received the coordinates, the route is built according to the points where the courier must go.
Now the client, entering the site and pressing the track the courier button, sees where he is now, the route that is built, which in principle is easily built through api, and the approximate time after which the courier will be in place ? Is there such a thing in api yandex or google maps?

2.3.7. RESTRICTIONS. Using the Service, the User does not have the right to:
2.3.7.3. To create, based on the Service, vehicle monitoring systems that display real-time information, and any other services related to the management and dispatching of vehicles.
