Two options:
1) They are in different regions, so duplicate content is not a problem
2) You need to rewrite all the texts in kz before indexing

In the case of different regions, duplication of content is not a serious problem, but if you have the opportunity to rewrite texts to better interact with the audience in a particular region, it is worth doing it.
