Should I advertise google ads on the main page, or on the pages of the site that correspond to the request?

I have a little bit of all the info on the main page, let's say about transfer to the airport / renting minibuses / renting for a wedding, etc., and there are also separate pages for each of this, which are respectively linked on the main page. Advertising is best done specifically for each page. Let's say requests "Arned minibus" to the page with the lease, and not to the main page (which has a link to the page with the lease, plus there is just info on the lease).
Which is more correct? And what requests then to put on the main page, if we break all the requests into the rest of the pages?

Ads should lead to a page that immediately responds to the user's request, and not somewhere in the middle, at the bottom or on another page. Let's say your site is dedicated to renting everything in the world. In this case, the general request "rent" should lead to the main page, the request "bus rental" to a separate page dedicated only to this, and the request "rent a black Mercedes bus in Uryupinsk" to a separate page that fully reveals the problem the user is looking for.

It is very important to lead the user from ads to the most relevant landing page on the site. The user should immediately receive an answer to his request on the site that opens. The current search trend is to open multiple sites from a search engine at the same time to find the answer as quickly as possible. Therefore, a site that will quickly allow the user to find the necessary information will be convenient and concise, and will get its client sooner.
This implies the rule that if the site has a page that best meets the request, you need to give it to the user, if there is no such page, then it is better to create it.
You can conduct general queries on the general home page, for example, "vehicle rental", "transfer services". If you think that the information on the main page is presented in more detail and more convenient than on the internal page, then it is better to think about redesigning the internal page.
