Please describe in more detail how and what Direct API methods your program uses: names of methods; for what purposes the methods are used; scheme and sequence of method calls; how often each method is called (once a minute, once an hour, etc.) and for what purposes this frequency is chosen.
How to correctly write a diagram for them? Does anyone have an example of such a document?

I wrote freely and answered their questions. All answered to the point. But it was they who answered my questions about working with the API, and not about the application.
