How to track the number of clicks in a post on other sites?

Good day!
There was a need to monitor the transition to links in publications on other people's sites!
The main task is to have at least statistics on the number of clicks on a link, and preferably, of course, on groups of links, and on links separately. I suspect that this requires a redirect and my own website, but I'm too lazy to bother (well, I know how to edit the finished code.)
Please tell me if there is a ready-made free resource, preferably from Google or Yandex.

Use utm tags and then look at the analytics.
If link weight is not important or you are too lazy, you can use bit.ly of course...
