Domain zone for a blog?

Hello, I've been sitting on the blogspote for several months. More and more began to torment the thought of moving to your own domain.
I looked and I don’t even know which domain zone to take for a blog.
If you are interested in the topic, then here is my blog j-web-dev.blogspot.com

There is also an interesting domain zone ".me". But as far as I read - Macedonia or am I mistaken?
I don’t know, for example ru, ua… would it be right to look towards these domain zones for a blog?

Here's a little list I found.
.aero Aviation
.biz Business Organizations
.com Commercial
.coop Joint Organizations
.edu Educational
.eu Europe
.gov US Government
.info Public TLDs
.int International Organizations
.mil US Department of the Armed Forces
.museum Museums
.name Personal
.net Networks
.org Organizations Any

advice?
Thank you!

I think .name is fine, it's an alias anyway. I think that it is good to use .me when the domain is a surname (there are a couple of acquaintances who, according to this logic, are regulars). If you position yourself as an encyclopedia - .info, if advice for beginners - .pro. Of course, you can try to look aside - .bl or .bg (blog). The final option is .ws (web site). Here is such a list. :)

Your problem is not entirely clear. What does not suit .ru? If we put aside SEO and others like it, then the domain can be safely chosen according to taste and availability.
