Is it effective to make and maintain a blog on CMS NetCat?

Hello!
I need to make a website where one of the main elements will be a full-fledged blog. Tasks:
- Must work very fast
- Good security site and blog security
- Easy CMS management
- To be really convenient to post to the blog. Here at Wordpress everything is super in this regard. I am
considering options for CMS:
- Wordpress - because. very convenient to post on the blog and great scalability
- NetCat - because very fast and secure I
'm considering TWO options:
- Entire site + blog on one CMS (Wordpress or NetCat)
- Site on one CMS, blog on Wordpress
Also, I'm thinking about options such as:
- UMI.CMS
- Typo3
What do you guys say? Who has experience in this regard?
The main question is: is it convenient to make and maintain a blog on NetCat and what do you recommend based on my wishes?
Thanks in advance!

the state storage will not protect you from hacking.
if you initially think that you will constantly be hacked, why make a website??!
Wordpress is the best for blogging! if you just want a blog.
And you can do anything.
