Creating a blog, what to choose?

Hello everyone! The bottom line is this, I need to create a site (by myself), a simple one, like a blog, it will contain my articles and I want there to be a forum, just a couple of pages of the site. How to own it without knowledge of HTML, PHP and other game? I tried to do it in the constructors on Wix, or on Wordpress, but it turned out that if you make a site on their constructor, then the wildest hemorrhoid is to transfer it to another hosting (I want to transfer it to a free hosting for a start) English hosting). What do you advise?
PS - Do not offer to learn layout, because I am studying Java and there is no time + there will be a mess in my head.

What's wrong with ready-made blog sites?
Not engines, but ready-made sites with millions of traffic and good technical support.
Some kind of livejournal, blogspot, wordpress, blogger, etc.
If you want to transfer between hostings, then it is logical to install your own engine.
Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla
This will give independence from the blog service, but, IMHO, an extra gemmorroy
PS:
Wordpress is simply transferred to another hosting.
You didn't do something right.
There are a bunch of recommendations/articles on how to do this.

I installed Wordpress on Open Server, will there be any difficulties when transferring to any hosting? Or is there a stupid HTML file that needs to be thrown into the www/domain folder?

I recommend Bludit , on files, copied to a new hosting, that's the whole transfer.

Guys, I want to create a travel blog, there is a large amount of good material + I will constantly supplement it with my notes. I found this joor.me site, it turns out that you can make your blog as part of a shared resource, just register and work. Do you think it's worth trying on this platform or creating a standalone blog?
