What CMS to take for a freelance exchange and a blog?

Hello, I need a cms exchange with a blog.
Something the search does not give normal results, everything is there separately, but together it does not allow you to find it.
The exchange is needed as a freelance exchange based on Cotonti Siena.
Maybe on other frameworks. It's not essential. I just found something similar, but there would be more blogs there.
