What is the best blogging platform for blogging and SEO?

Hello. What is the best blogging platform in terms of SEO? I'm looking at blogger.com right now, but maybe someone else can suggest something better? Interested in the optimization of the site?

from the point of view of SEO automation, there can’t be any talk about blog platforms
if it’s cheap then wordpress
if it’s some kind of very cool SEO then of course only a self-written solution

Install Wordpress, add seo optimization custom fields and super cache. And most importantly, finish your theme for seo.

I'm on a blogger.
Of the benefits - I forgot about tags and SEO.
Of the minuses - its server markup.
Total: 80% works from what I would like, on full automatic.
Not complaining.
