I like the Yandex.Direct feature in Topvisor. I’ve been using it for a long time:

Connect your Direct account there, upload a campaign with keywords, set a target position of 1SP for the necessary keywords and the maximum bid that you are theoretically willing to pay - the MAX price.
In your case, set the MAX price much higher than the current one in order to outbid competitors. If you are ready for any prices without restrictions, then in the "when the MAX price is exceeded" field, select the "Set MAX price" option.
In the settings, set the frequency of price updates. Every period of time Topvisor will raise (or lower) your bid by itself in order to outbid competitors. Periodically, of course, you need to check if anything has gone wrong, if the MAX prices need to be corrected.
