Can't login to SWITCH DLINK DES-1228?

Hello! There was a DES 1228 switch without firmware. The firmware was uploaded as usual asking for a login and password BUT ...
1) If I try to log in without a login and password: Error username or password, RADIUS can not accept NULL string!
2) If I try to enter standard credentials like admin / admin, etc. Timeout or some unexpected error happened on server host(192.168.0.2/RADIUS)! The next server host or next method will be used to do authentication, if any.
3) If I try to enter recovery mode by pressing SHIFT + 6, the switch continues to download the current firmware.
4) If I try to go to the BOOT menu by pressing the SHIFT + 3 keys to upload another firmware, everything loads the current firmware.
Please tell me what to do?
