Is it possible to make a “full-fledged” NAS with Transmittion and DNLA out of a broken GT-9100 smartphone?

At home lies a half-dead smartphone Samsung GT-9100, with a broken screen. Is it possible to make a DNLA torrents downloader out of it. It is easy to mount a disk, and the transmission is installed from the Market, but how to do it without a display?
The phone turns on, the PC almost detects it (because the phone is not unlocked with a finger movement, access to data is limited. Offers like "buy / take a screen to use" are not interested (a screen with a touch screen in China is 3 thousand rubles - the cost of a router).

ADB is the only option.
Somewhere on Habré I saw that a man displayed an image from a phone on a computer via ADB, through which he also controlled the phone (installing programs, etc.)
