Which switches to choose to replace Eltex?

We everywhere use Eltex switches of the MES 2124P, 2324P series and older models for the aggregation / core level for access. The old Juniper EX2200 Poe also remained.
For a decent time of operation, I began to notice unpleasant problems with Eltex. Either PoE will stop working normally, then the transfer to voice vlan via lldp-med does not work correctly. We tried to introduce mac-learning on ports - it also somehow works strangely. And a lot of some little things, to which you close your eyes with the words "well, it's not expensive." There are no such problems on Junipers, but they are already outliving their own, and the most unpleasant thing is that in the event of a power outage, they are loaded for 5-7 minutes. And if it's a virtual chassis...
I want to look in the direction of other vendors (money is not very critical if it's of high quality), but unfortunately, I'm not strong in the lineup, and I don't really know what is the best of the vendors now.
You need 1gb ports (24 or 48), sfp or sfp + (for uplink), PoE.
I watch Cisco 2960, but there are mostly models with 100MB ports. What other options are there? Huawei? HP? Dell? Who can give good advice? Or even modern Junipers?

Look towards the HPE Aruba series. This is certainly not a tsiska, but I'm happy with them.

Cisco 2960 is also with gigabit. Indestructible workhorses - stuck-and-forgotten. But when the power is transferred, it also takes a long time to load.
However, in this case, there is a UPS, including a native cisco device, in which there are no unnecessary voltage conversions back and forth, which saves batteries.
