It is not necessary to change this on the android, but on the tethering client, increase the TTL by 1.

for yota it is very important TTL = 65 on the client. on Windows in a laptop it changes without problems, but on an android tablet without root, the value does not change. got root on the tablet - rewrote TTL. but...
before the reboot, everything is fine - after the reboot, the old value is restored.
I changed the value of the program from the market and tried it with a root browser, opened the file and the rules manually.
what should I do so that the value remains mine after the reboot? while I bookmarked the file on the browser and correct after rebooting every time.
