What to do, wi-fi TP-LINK is cut off?

The problem is that the file drops out from time to time. Why - I do not understand. I would figure it out if it was only a windows 8.1 problem, but the last such shutdown knocked it out everywhere: wi-fi turns off on the laptop, I take the Nokia N8, turn on the file, find it, try to connect - Access point not found. The same thing happens on Samsung Android.
www.tp-link.com/iq/products/details/?model=TD-W8961NB this is a monster that has already pulled me out of my brain with a permanent shutdown. What to do, tell me please. If you change the frequency - to what? If you change the channel - to what?
One moment - sometimes 11-12 devices are connected to the Internet.

@Yestestvenno

if the problem is on the router side, look, maybe you just have a channel clogged through inSSIDer
if the problem is on the PC side
