Can I accept payments from third parties to my payoneer upwork card?

Hello!
The situation is this: I work on upwork, I accept payments on a payoneer card, which I issued through upwork. Recently, a new client has appeared, who has nothing to do with upwork at all (friends advised), who needs help with the project for a one-time small payment.
Can I accept payment for the work done from him to a payoneer card linked to an upwork account? Wouldn't that be against the rules? I know that work outside the upwork, provided that the customer and the contractor have found each other on this platform, is prohibited. In my case, there seems to be no violation, but I'm afraid that the upwork can somehow find out about the receipt of a payment on my card from a third-party client. What do you think, who has already done this?

Upwork and Payoneer are completely unrelated organizations. Accordingly, Upwork cannot even know who is transferring what to Payoneer.
