If you are not talking about freelancing, but about household tasks, then nothing. Because home tasks should be done in pleasure, and controlling time here is superfluous.
I usually use my head
if I need to do something by the deadline, the usual calendar from Google is enough
I have an alarm clock, I will wake up and have coffee and claudia, but such high technologies as there, I consider it superfluous
Todoist to plan everything.
Toggl if you need to waste time on some task/project.
I don’t do hard tracking of time, I start from planning. There are a number of urgent and important tasks, there are less urgent and less important ones. The list of tasks consists of work and personal, so work-life balance is saved by default. Urgency is set by spreading tasks by day, importance is a priority. There are 4 of them in Todoist - 1, 2, 3 and no priority. There can be no more than 3 tasks with the highest priority 1 per day. In priority 2-3, I also try to put no more than 3x. A beautiful day when everything is done. A good day - when everything is with priorities, Normal - 1-2 priority. If only priority 1 is fulfilled - fail. The logic is very simple.
A notebook with a daily TODO list, then I put "+", "-" and save it for statistics (astrology and biological rhythms - weather dependence, seasonal dependence, stress and rest phase intervals)
I don't need any other programs, this is "overkill" , Notepad is the simplest, light in RAM, nothing more.
