Burnout. How not to go crazy?
Hello. I know there have been many similar questions, but I'll ask anyway.
The situation is this. I am 24, a year ago I decided to move to a big city. Somewhere, maybe 3-4 months ago, I began to feel that the desire to work was fading away. Basically, I can guess why. My whole schedule is home-work-home and a couple of times a week English courses. It is impossible to spend time with friends, as they live in other cities. Such self-isolation, created by one's own hands, does not suit me. I feel that I need a pastime where I can communicate and interact with people. Perhaps someone can offer specific advice?

Not a word about yourself, your interests, the name of the "big city" ...
I'll tell you about Moscow - various (including completely free) events, exhibitions, etc. are constantly held in public spaces.
Friends, of course, is difficult to make in a year, but acquaintances with whom it is easy to get to events are easy. Believe me, half of your colleagues, most likely, are the same as you and will gladly keep company both in the bar and in the park.
Theatre, cinema, shows, sports events.
In the end, network and simple games.
Grab yourself by the scruff of the neck and leave the house. At first it will be difficult, then you will quickly get involved.
Weird. 24 years old, in a big city...
- zapshis in the section. Not for the sake of world records, of course, but simply for the sake of the team
- find a girl.
- go to local hangouts :)
Home-work-home actually quickly eats brains. Even I, the old pot-bellied uncle (you are good for my sons :)) - and then I start to get mad ...
