What does the structure of a typical IT company look like?
Does anyone have a picture/video/article that fully explains how a typical IT company works? What do sysadmins do, and do they communicate with backend developers? Who controls front-end and back-end development? How do several people work on one project, and distribute who will write which piece of code? How are bugs distributed among themselves (who should fix them)? How does everyone communicate with each other, work, synchronize, who controls whom, how many positions are there in the company, and what should a person in each of these positions do? Information is scattered around the Internet, such as some kind of QA, HR, and a bunch of other strange letters, but there is something structured and integral information.
