Will there be problems with employment in IT if you mow down in a psychiatric hospital?

I really want to get a job as a Frontend developer and, in principle, develop in the field of development, but the military registration and enlistment office breathes in my back.
I have a psychiatric diagnosis that I can definitely get away with, but it's not officially listed anywhere.
Will I have problems with employment in IT and further career development if I mow like this?

It is necessary then to go to data science and tell everyone: I am such a crazy scientist that I even lay in a psychiatric hospital. The chip will be like this. Marketing.

There will be no problem if you don't talk about it. Even with a criminal record, it's easy to get a good job

Access to government agencies, banks and some stubborn large companies will be closed. There are also enough normal companies on the market and there will be no such problems there. In addition, there are Western companies and remote work.

Employers usually don't care what your diagnoses are. You do not go to the deputies.
Even if suddenly some obstacles with employment in the office (which is very, very unlikely) arise, you can always work remotely.

In a normal company - will not. Moreover, all people with deviations, just some for some reason are considered "not such deviations")
