Why are almost all iOS developer jobs still focused on Objective-C?

Looked at many vacancies. In most of them, knowledge of Objective-C is in the first place, while Swift is usually in the column "Well, if ..."
Why?

Because Swift is a young language, therefore, many do not yet risk translating their applications to it. This is first.
Secondly, most companies have ready-made applications written in objective c (or even more than one), and it is necessary to develop and support these applications.
