Where can I find good tutorials for Xcode 4.5?

Decided to learn Objective C for iOS development.
I rummaged through a cloud of resources with manuals for Objective C, but many are written for outdated versions of Xcode. Everything would be fine if there weren't such a strong difference even between 4.1 and 4.5 versions. That is, even the installation of outlets and actions takes place in a different way (not by simply dragging onto an object, but by dragging into a piece of code). Because of such trifles, I’m sitting on one problem and just can’t figure out how to do it, and the poke method rarely helps - after all, I need an understanding of what I’m doing.

A couple of excellent articles on which I am barely moving forward.
Can you recommend any good site (or YouTube channel) with Xcode 4.5 tutorials? Otherwise, I would rather break my brain than learn the intricacies of OOP (with such inconsistencies as outlets and actions) :)

Check out the iOS SDK Essential Training from Lynda.com. There, just the same, the emphasis is not on the subtleties of the language and OOP, but on creating a real application in Xcode. I don't remember what version of Xcode they work with, but subjectively I don't remember the difference from 4.5.
