What to read HR to enter IT?

Tell me what you can read to an hr-specialist in order to be "in the subject" of web development, and not be afraid of all the terms, technologies, etc. I wanted to recommend a variety of books "for dummies", but even this seems too deep for hr to me. Maybe there are some books, articles that lay it all out in a horizontal plane?

in this case, it’s better to hire a tutor for a couple of days and let him sort everything out for you. By "tutor" I mean a person who at least understands all this at the level of theory (and you only need it).

Always keep your phone ready near you so that you can go to Google when you delve into the work, that will be the best. Because who knows what kind of jungle it can bring you, so do not load yourself with unnecessary information in books.
