OS X, IPv6 and VK API problem?

Good afternoon,
I am a developer of a Mac program that interacts with the VKontakte API.
I can't place the latest update in MAS because I can't go through the review process. The user simply cannot enter the program, judging by the logs, the situation is as follows:
1. There is a request to the API, we get an error about the lack of authorization
2. We show the oauth authorization window, we get a new token
3. We make a request with a new token to the API, we get an error about the absence authorization and again go to step 2.
It is important to note here that the token depends on the user's IP.
None of the users complained about this behavior and I searched for the problem for a long time, released an update and got rejected again. A couple of times the reviewers managed to log in and then the update went through. After reviewing the logs of the test user, it turned out that all unsuccessful attempts were made using an IPv6 computer.
Unfortunately, I can’t check it myself - my provider still has IPv4.
If someone can tell me where I can buy a proxy or VPN with external IPv6 I would be very grateful.
I will also be very grateful if there is someone with OS X 10.7+ and IPv6 to test the theory, I will issue the program, login and password of the test user.
