Recommend manual for Objective-C and XCode

I am a Java developer. I know PHP very well and a little c++/c/c#. I poked myself into development for Mac - and turned out to be a little disoriented. Please advise literature or manuals, preferably in Russian, which will allow you to painlessly "enter" the features of Objective-C as a language and XCode as a development environment?

In Russian, there is little more than zero information. Hexlet.org has a course on obj-c. In Russian. You can view.

I studied the ObjectiveC language from the book Programming in Objective-C 2.0 Author: Steven Kochan

If you understand English, then ITUNES has a Stanford University video course on developing applications for the iPhone. You can google by name: CS 193P "iPhone Application Development"

If you are familiar with the PL, then you don’t really need a book, it’s enough to get used to the Apple documentation . The main thing is to understand the UI and remember which one is used for what.

I repeat about www.raywenderlich.com/tutorials
He still has books that are for money. On the site, tutorials are just from these books, but in the "lite" version, the book usually has a continuation and the topics are analyzed in more detail.
