Bluetooth headphones work only through Hands-Free AG Audio mode.
What to do? The sound in hands-free is just awful!
Headphones suddenly after charging stopped working in stereo mode on a laptop. ON THE PHONE WITH THEM EVERYTHING IS OK!!!
What to do??

for Win 10:
1. Devices and printers.
2. Headset properties.
3. Services.
4. Tick the Audio Receiver.

Delete and re-add, the driver has crashed or you specified it as an input device, and the microphone and stereo are not compatible. Install a wired microphone.
