Bios after update does not see ssd and hdd disks - how to fix it?

Hello!

When installing Ubuntu ... but she didn’t want to stop something, one of the manipulations was - updated the BIOS

Now the PC doesn’t turn on in principle .. it immediately throws it into the BIOS, and in the boot menu (f8) - the inscription “The system cannot find any bootable devices”

What should I do?(

This is not a bios problem, but ubunts here, either wait for an update of the ubunta kernel or try other more stable distributions, for example, debian
in Linux, everything always works differently today, tomorrow it will be updated and stop working, then it has been updated again and will work
