BIOS won't boot and black screen?

I reinstalled Windows, there was a cmos fail error in the BIOS / UEF, I reset the settings to default and the computer turns on, but the monitor is black, the coolers are spinning, and silence. I tried to reset the settings with a jumper, took out the battery, silence. Changed the battery to a new one, didn't help. I took out the RAM, video card, poked the processor, everything is the same. Motherboard biostar a58md. PSU connected another, without result.
