Bad picture when using only the second screen, how to fix it?

When you turn on the "duplication" or "addition" mode, the TV shows the same as on a laptop. But when you turn on only the TV, the picture is cut off a little, as if the resolution is reduced and, in general, slows down. The resolution is 1366x768 everywhere. Windows 10 license. DELL inspiron 5565 laptop with AMD CPU and GPU. How to fix?
