The best video player for info kiosks?

Hello!
I continue a series of questions about info-kiosks :). Question - what video player is best suited for info kiosks? Media Player Classic does not meet all the requirements, or I just did not fully understand the functionality. Required functionality:
- when you start windows, the player should automatically start (I launch through a startup)
a. in the second screen
b. in full screen mode
. the video should start automatically from the last run
playlist d. the playlist should be hidden
Media Player Classic does not perform functions (a) and (c). If anyone met - help pliz

In theory, vlc can do it all. www.videolan.org/vlc/

Try Mplayer. He, as far as I know, knows how to do all this.

Tried 8 players. For the future, if anyone is looking for a good player on info kiosks - Use BSPlayer
