Video.js or uppod?

The most important criterion is cross-browser compatibility. Who has experience using any of these solutions? What are the main disadvantages? If uppod, then html5 version.
The goal is to give mp4 video and to have everything played without glitches for everyone in the world. I understand that IE > 9 is in the span anyway, if you take html5. But here is also a question - maybe there is a solution that allows such users to give flash?

i use jwplayer
there is a fail-over on flash in the absence of html5 support out of the box.

VideoJS is a wonderful option. There is work experience. Analyzed the market, did not find better. Convenient object model for working through JS.
