I made .mov PNG codec (with alpha channel) 3840x2140
Before that, I always sent it with H264, inserting an additional alpha channel:

The point is to show the buyer what he can use video with own signature (company name).
What exactly is the reason for the rejection? Is it possible to find out somehow?

What are the technical requirements for footage?
Maybe the reason is in the content, not the codec.
