Spam in fl.ru how to understand how it all works?
Hi all!
There is such a problem, on fl.ru such a letter constantly comes from the administrator https://vk.cc/98H4Qf .
In fact, I do not leave applications as templates or use some kind of program for these purposes, I leave all applications after reading tz. and not one application is like the others. I asked these questions to the administrator and they send me this link https://vk.cc/98H80N (I follow all the points).
Questions:
How does it work in general? I had never received such a letter before.
How can I find out who sent complaints about my application?
And in general, how to make sure that you don't end up in spam?
Is there a way out of this situation?
Who got banned because of this? Has anyone been banned because of this?

well, apparently the customer (usually with a project budget much lower than the cost of a pro account) expects an individual, elaborated and detailed proposal, as in a tender, he selects the best proposals from him, spending his precious time on this. And here you throw off your typical offer. His indignation is quite understandable - you need to try to please him, it is advisable to spend an hour and write something catchy, be creative.
Yes, such letters come to everyone. And constantly. Moreover, the customer no longer sees your answers, they go to spam. Then the administration blocks the account. All this without checks, automatically. The customer can mark as spam whatever he wants, the administration does not check this. Sends such letters to all freelancers, then blocks the account. It is unlikely that any of the freelancers will want to pay for an account after such lawlessness, the rights are not respected. You can block at any time without checks
I also received 2 such letters yesterday, apparently some kind of innovation
Hello! A similar situation. In FL.ru support, as always, everything is veiled. Specifics - 0.
As I see, the administration is on the side of customers, not freelancers who bring money to their site.
All that I understood from today's correspondence with the fl.ru manager is "Leaving them [contacts] where you were not asked for them - your answer may be marked as SPAM." This is a quote from Julia's support manager.
Yes, there it’s already trite to block any link, if you write in the answer that it says that fl ru is not enough money, already disabled people do it, just to use their SBR.
