How much is an adequate price for a monitor flashing?

I disassembled the monitor, cleaned it of dust, now the inscription is constantly flashing in the middle of the screen - the screen is unlocked / locked. I pressed menu and held for a few seconds, but the inscription still blinks and interferes with work. What to do? Need a flashing? And how much is the right price?
