Automatic computer lock does not work when idle, how to do it?

The computer stopped automatically locking up when idle, chose an empty splash screen (blank screen) and a tick Start from the login screen. At the end of the interval set by me, let's say 1 minute. The screen saver does not cut in and does not block the computer. Although the screensaver itself is cut in manually when you click on view.
What is the canoe?

Perhaps because of some models of computer mice (especially Microsoft). Try temporarily disabling the mouse.

In general, it was some kind of Windows glitch. After that, I connected to my machine via RDP, and the blocking began to work. Magic however.
