Pinning Various Folders to the Dock Win 7

The Explorer folder is easily fixed to the dock, when you click on it, libraries are launched (or it is configured to open My Computer / folder of choice / ..). It is not possible to attach an additional shortcut to a selected folder as a separate element. Is there a solution?

Unfortunately, officially there is no such functionality.
You can try to make something like Quick Launch, as in previous versions of Windows:

and why not attach the desired folder (pinned) to the explorer icon - then access in two clicks 1 with the right button and 1 with the left =)
