Why won't MediaCreationTool open in Windows 10?

I wanted to download the windows 10 installer on a USB flash drive to install Windows on a new laptop. I downloaded from the official site, I open it, the Windows logo appears, after the program appears for a second and closes. What is the problem?

Try disabling your antivirus if you have one.
Maybe you don't have some year Visual Studio C++ / .NET Framework, check it out.
