I set up in CRM - auto redial to clients. the essence is quite trivial, I think:
Collect a list of free and included operators by the socket.
Call the client, and if he answers, connect with the first operator from the free list.
I do it through AMI, originate event. But it doesn't work. it turned out the other way around - first call the operator, and after his answer already call the client. This is the exact opposite of what you need :)
