The call center 2.2.0-14 module is installed,
agents, queues are configured, forms are created, outgoing companies are created.
I go to the agent console, connect to the agent and calls to numbers in outgoing companies stop working, as soon as I exit the agent console, calls to numbers loaded in outgoing companies immediately begin to go, the reason is not clear.
