At what rate should I be issued a RFP?

For example, Vasya Pupkin got a job for $ 1 per month, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the ruble against the dollar was 10 rubles. A month has passed, the ruble exchange rate has grown and now $ 1 == 20 rubles. How much should he be paid? at the current rate? Or at the time of confinement?

Always at the time of issuance, i.e. receipt of money in your account

If for good, then pay at the rate at the time of the conclusion, but you need to take into account the factor of a change in the rate, for example, by 10% (the percentage can be any), there was a deviation, then recalculate at this rate.

The author does not seem to understand what he is asking.
If the fictitious V. Pupkin lives in Ukraine or Russia or in some other country of the FSU, then his salary is set and paid in local currency. What was said in words is not important.
Another thing is that the parties can stipulate indexation according to a formula linked to the exchange rate, but I think this is not the case.

At the exchange rate on the date of payment of money in hand - this is fair and natural.
But there may be other arrangements.
Let's say to calculate for every day for a month, every day at a different rate - it is also logical.
