IP for getting a job?

I heard that employers often offer to open an individual entrepreneur when applying for a job. How true is this? Is it often? The question is, of course, development.

If the employer offered this, it's not too late to run. There is an intention not to pay or underpay later. Well, throw it right away as soon as he realizes that he can do without you.
The only option to work with this is on an advance payment - strictly without any concessions.
The employment contract is the responsibility of the employer. It protects you personally from the arbitrariness of the employer. IP does not protect from anything, but imposes responsibility to the state, first of all, for any jamb, you are responsible with all your property.
If you are ready to open an IP and be responsible on your own. You don’t need an employer, you will find clients anyway.

And I think it depends a lot on whether you get a job in the office or remotely.
Plus, we must remember that relatively recently self-employment has appeared (in the sense that it has spread to all regions of the country). Probably, she partly replaced the IP in the previous schemes.
* I have met the opinions of lawyers and all sorts of business consultants that sometimes registering people through individual entrepreneurs means attracting the attention of all kinds of inspection bodies. And some of the offices, these consultants actively dissuade from such decisions.
So everything is twofold.
