One of the most popular networks for job search and in general for ads are free or partially free sites like AVITO.
There you can easily find a job, even remote, find employees.
And what are the most publicized and most famous sites similar to AVITO, but foreign, preferably, of course, free. It is message boards, not freelance exchanges. Of no small importance in contacts are telephones, skype, mail from the authors of the ads.
