Asus K551ln is it possible to install a Ful HD IPS matrix?

I have a laptop Asus K551 LN (I5, NVIDIA 740, 6gb). I damaged the matrix, I think now to put full HD IPS, or standard but IPS. Will full HD work on these laptops? And what is the best matrix to use?
