Are there ways to hide or mask OpenVPN traffic? If so, which ones. Manuals are welcome, as are the names of solutions

Looking from whom. So you can't change the traffic signatures.
If you bypass fw, then tcp + port 443 will be enough.
If from live observers, then here you should already look towards different implementations of https-vpn (softether, as an option).
