How to cancel forced proxying in OpenVPN?

I have a task to link multiple servers using OpenVPN. When I connect all servers to one OpenVPN server, it turns out that all servers that are connected to the OpenVPN server proxy everything from it. How can I cancel forced proxying in OpenVPN?

Remove default route from config

Switch from openvpn to tinc for communication between servers.
There will be a completely full mesh solution.
