Good day! In connection with the desire to enter a university (in the city of Moscow), the following question arose: "Are there universities now that do not have a point-rating system?" The crux of the matter is that I plan to combine full-time study and work (already available with a fairly free schedule), and the so-called point-rating system will hinder my plans, because with such an assessment system, attendance at all lectures and seminars is mandatory . In short, I'm interested in a technical school (related to mathematics and / or IT) with relatively free attendance, where I can study normally, and not do any bullshit like creating presentations or downloading 10 essays a week. I searched on google but didn't find anything.
